Anurag Singh Thakur started a campaign titled #KickOffTheDream to show support to the Indian women’s U 17 football

Union Minister of Youth Affairs and Sports Shri. Anurag Singh Thakur started a campaign titled #KickOffTheDream to show support to the Indian women’s U 17 football team set to participate in the U17 FIFA women’s world cup from Oct 11th. This is the first time that India is hosting this event.

In his message on twitter, Thakur is seen inviting his cabinet colleague Shri. Kiren Rijiju, Olympic gold medalist Neeraj Chopra and actor Ajay Devgn to take the challenge forward.

He also invites every Indian to watch the matches at the stadiums, scheduled in Goa, Mumbai and Bhuwaneshwar and also asks them to show their support by posting interesting videos of playing the football.
