Virat Kohli-MS Dhoni
Team India has to face defeat in its first match in the Super Four in Asia Cup. Pakistan team avenged the previous defeat by defeating India by five wickets. In this match, most of India’s batsmen were dismissed after playing bad shots after a good start, but Virat Kohli remained frozen at one end. He played a fine innings of 60 runs and declared his return to form by scoring his second consecutive half-century.
After the match, Kohli also reached the press conference and answered questions from journalists. During this, he told that when he left the captaincy of the Test team, only Mahendra Singh Dhoni had messaged him. Apart from Dhoni, no other player had tried to talk to Kohli in bad times. Kohli had relinquished the captaincy of the Test team in the month of January this year.
Virat Said:
When I left Test captaincy, only MS Dhoni messaged me. A lot of people have my number, but no one messaged me. The respect and connection with him (MS Dhoni) is genuine… neither he is insecure about me, nor I am insecure about him…:
