IPL2022: IPL to have crowds in matches

IPL2022: The 15th season of the Indian Premier League (IPL 2022) will begin on March 26th. It will once again feature the best players from around the world in India’s domestic league

IPL2022: With the addition of two new franchises, the league will become even more competitive and exciting for all T20 cricket fans. Gujarat Titans and Lucknow Supergiants are the two new teams.

IPL2022 Another exciting news for cricket lovers is the BCCI’s decision to allow 40% of fans into stadiums during matches. With the addition of two extra teams, the total number of games has increased to 74, much to the delight of cricket lovers everywhere.

All of the games will be held at the following venues: Wankhede Stadium and Brabourne Stadium in Mumbai, DY Patil Ground in Navi Mumbai, and Gahunje Stadium in Pune.

A source close to the officials also commented on the capacity news, saying, “Spectators will be allowed according to guidelines set by the Maharashtra government, and to begin with, it will be 40%.”

If the COVID situation remains under control and cases decline, it might be a full house at the business end. As far as the playoffs are concerned, there is no new news announced. However, the final will be hosted by the newly built Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad.
