He said , “If number 2 bowler Ravi Ashwin can be dropped from the team in Test cricket, then there is no harm in doing so with Virat Kohli in T20.”

He further said that I believe that there should be a healthy competition among Indian players . There should be a sense of competition in the positive sense among the young players that by performing better, I can play in the place of players like Virat Kohli.

He added ” That players should get a chance on the basis of their performance not on the basis of their name .
