In the current Women’s ODI Player Rankings for hitters, India opener Smriti Mandhana has advanced two places to fifth, while skipper Mithali Raj has maintained her second rank. Raj has 738 rating points, while Mandhana has 710 rating points.
Alyssa Healy of Australia stayed in first place with 742 points. Beth Mooney (719) and Amy Satterthwaite (717) are the other Australians in third and fourth place, respectively.
With 727 rating points, experienced Indian pacer Jhulan Goswami maintained her second place among bowlers, behind Australia’s Jess Jonassen (773). Ellyse Perry of Australia was back at the top of the all-rounder rankings following a strong performance in the second ODI of their three-match series against England.
The 31-year-old won the Player of the Match title in Melbourne after scoring a solid 64-ball 40 and taking three for 12 in seven overs. Her performance earned her 47 rating points, allowing her to surpass England’s Nat Sciver (360) and take the top spot. Deepti Sharma of India is still in fourth place with 299 points, while Goswami (251) remains in tenth place.
